Robert Gregory

 A very important member of our team is Robert Gregory,
our Aquatic Maintenance Specialist.

Robert was born and raised in the Princess Anne County area of Virginia Beach.  Growing up surrounded by water, he spent a lot of time around Rudee and Lynnhaven Inlets fishing, boating, crabbing, and also some dealing with oystering (his son is still an oysterman at Lynnhaven).  Water quality and the environment is something he is all too familiar with and understands its importance for the waterways of Hampton Roads.  His career began at Norfolk Naval Ship Yard but he retired from NAS Oceana as Supervisor Production Control.  He was in charge of the man power for the maintenance and repairs for over 600 vehicles.

Robert’s mechanical knowledge and experience is a great asset to Stormwater Pond Management.  He is certified in fountain installation, repair, as well as Aquatic Pesticide Application.  He personally oversees the monthly maintenance of each and every one of our ponds.  Robert takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in his performance and the way he sees to every detail.  Robert holds a current Virginia Registered Technicians License (#6761BL).

Robert is married and has 6 kids and 8 grandkids.
